News States: The sighting took place at 5:45 p.m. according to the school instructor. Fernadno Avalos, to whom the video tape is attributed, says there were some 60 students (between ages 11 and 12) among the witnesses, plus four other teachers in Chimbote. The video lasts only 17 seconds because that was the available card space in his Lumix photo camera; space used to record the image of a cylindrical UFO making its way at a sustained speed through the clouds.
