Witness report: So me and my mom and older sister where on our way to Lake Wales Florida for a New Years Eve party and we saw these bright lights in the sky. They where bundled up at first but then they slowly started moving apart. Then the where hovering around in different positions. That’s when I took out my phone and started recording. And when the building got into view I couldn’t find them again after that. So honestly I’m not sure what I recorded because I don’t know any plane that can hover like that lol
