UFO sighting over Billings, Montana – 2015

Location of sighting: Billings, Montana, USA
Eyewitness states: In the car driving while stopped at an intersection form Walmart to Home Depot. Parachutes flying in the sky it had it looked white, in binoculars it had fire colors. it had no contrails but was still moving westward.it was nothing like i had ever seen, and then it faded into the clouds. ive never seen objects like this in the sky and knew that i had to report this to mufon. it looked like 7 parachutes in formation in the sky. up close in binoculars it had a shape of a horse shoe and a little plant in side with a bubble covering it.
