Now this is the third one in 3 days to be seen at around the same time in the afternoon. This time it appeared overhead and moved east over the Oakland Hills. It was visible for about 20 minutes. Part of the video is slowed down 50%. It\’s easier to see the flashes and light beam or trail beneath it.
