I spotted this very bright light from my house on the 11th March 2002 at 19:19.
A continued to film it until it moved out of sight then jumped in the car and moved up the road.
I Continued to film it until 19:32.
I remember thinking at the time it was Venus but viewing the video now it seems to be travelling pretty quickly.
Was it Venus ?
