This is the 2nd time I saw this thing from my bedroom window over the Bedford Basin. It doesn\’t move up or down, side to side. It doesn\’t get bigger or smaller but just hovers in one spot and then is gone in the blink of an eye. Actually, this video ended when I slipped off the bed (laugh, it\’s okay, I certainly did) and the five to ten seconds it took to get back in the window, this thing was gone. I\’ve never seen a plane over the Basin and living in the area of the city, I hear all the noise from helicopters or the rare plane that flies over.
